sanaFactur flexifoam is a non-adhesive absorbent PU foam dressing. It is intended as primary or secondary dressing on exuding wounds. sanaFactur flexifoam is different from standard foam dressings by utilizing a superabsorbent patented gel layer.

Gentle and safe therapy - excellent exudate management.

The PU foam absorbs liquids from the wound. The exudate will be quickly and safely retained in the honey-comb like gel structures. The dressings supports a moist wound environment and has a soft, cushioning effect for pressure offloading from the wound.
